1998 Cadillac Seville reset oil change light

Hello, I am have just purchased the caddy, changed the oil and now need to know how to reset the dash light too 100%. And also it has a rough idle just wondering what your thoughts are on that. Thank you. Great site, just stumbled accross I am always tinkering.
