Hi I have my Cadillac Seville STS and there are two messages. Check engine with Ac level low and traction control with stability affected. Brakes are hard and take alittle longer to stop vehicle. Also it starts up after turning the key for about 15 seconds. Any ideas on these issues so I know what to tackle first?

The check engine light and the A/C low are seperate issues. If I remember correctly, and your climate panel has a passenger side temp that adjusts with a rocker type switch, I can get you into diagnostics to obtain the trouble codes. If you press and hold OFF, and the passenger temp switch in the warmer position, it will eventually light all the displays, and you can release the buttons. At that point it should start displaying trouble codes by module on the info center. I am not sure, but they should be alphabetical by module. You are looking specifically for ABS, ACM, and PCM codes(or ECM). Record the codes, and report them back.
