1992 Cadillac Seville Coolant leak

I have coolant squirting out on the left hand side under the pump connected to the radiator and I can't get any heat to come out to keep me warm

Sounds like your water pump is failing.
And you dont have any heat, because you've lost so much coolant that there isn't any in the heater core.

You need to fix it or you can damage the engine if it over heats.
