when the motor runs for a time it will not take gas will always run but the longer it runs it will get to a point you can not touch gas without it bogging down.

One thing that is critical, is that you have 60-65 psi fuel pressure. Even slightly lower than spec will cause driveability issues. Based on your description, you could also have degrading catalysts. Sometimes there can be particles in the converter that settle to the bottom when off, or exhaust system pressure is low. As exhaust pressure rises, theses particles are picked up and begin to restrict the exhaust.
