TURN SIGNALS DON'T BLINK, BUT HAZARD LIGHTS DO. YOU CAN SMELL COOLANT BUT CAN'T FIND LEAK OR SEE ANY ON GROUND UNDER HER. THIS IS WHAT HAS BEEN DONE FOR HER HAVE REPLACED ALL BULBS, FUSES, RELAY FLASHER.

Well first I will need to know where the smell is smelt. Interior? Outside? Under the hood?

And about the turn signal issue. Do you hear a clicking when the turn signal is activated, and is there indicators on the dash showing left or right when signal is on?
