I am getting a message on my message center in regards to checking ride control. I know this has to do with the suspension. Recently I had two people in the back seat and the car automatically bottoms out. Can you tell me what this message refers to and what the fix might be? I also would like to find a repair manual for this vehicle as well.

I am the new owner and I personally have not had it lifted, but don't know about previous owner. I will check on the switch. This message comes on from time to time when I drive the car. The car seems a
little "bouncy"/not dramatically, when I go through dips or hit a bump.
