1994 Cadillac EL Dorado replaced battery, Theft system acti

I replaced the battery. Car started twice right away. Left it over night and wouldn't start in the morning.
I think the theft deturant system is engaged but I don't know how to reset it. Tried turning the key on and leaving it on for 10 min intervals, three times. No luck.
All systems show good. All electrical works, Battery is charged. When key is turned, pump engages, system comes on. Starter will not turn over.
Ideas?

I seem to be having the same problem. I bypassed the security by splicing the wires from the lock cyl wth the correct ohms reading on the key. Wondering if you found your problem or not?
