1994 Cadillac EL Dorado code p046

What is most likely cause? Seems to be slightly missing on 3rd cyl. I replaced coil, injector, and fuel pressure regulator, also fuel filter. Sets code p046 fuel imbalance left and right bank. Can't find any vaccum leaks. Where should I go from here?

Could be exhaust leak or O2 fault. Follow diagnostic chart see if it leads to fault.
