It could possibly have an injector that is stuck open or internally broken, and just passing raw fuel. You might be able to identify which one by listening to each one with a metal rod used in the fashion of a stethoscope. A long screwdriver, or prybar may work. If this is a northstar, the injectors are housed in the intake manifold, and impossible to get at while running.
