From the pump, it goes down the front of the engine, there is a bracket that attaches it to the engine mount support. From there it is secured at the frame, and runs over to the steering gear on the drivers side. It is not the easiest to replace, somewhat confined. The best thing to do is cut the old one, and speed the removal process. Check the routing from above and below first, then it can be routed down through the top. I believe the hose has been redesigned, and the service procedure has not been updated.
