How do you remove the front driver side door panel on a 2003 Cadillac DTS?

Remove the plate behind the inside door handle, and the screw. Remove the manual lock knob by prying out the little plastic square. Pry around the outside edges af the panel to release the clips, grab the pull handle and lift.
