2002 Cadillac DTS blower fan not working

I checked all the fuses and I dont have the money to run a diagnostics test. The fan will not blow air warm or cool. There are automatic controls for the heat and air. Any suggestions to what the problem is

Hi, if you cant get any air flow out of the vents at all that sounds like a bad blower motor, if air comes out but you cant get hot or cold air that could be your HVAC module.
