2000 Cadillac DTS V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I am from the Philippines and bought a Cadillac DTS from Japan with Japanese language on the cluster information center. I would like to know how it can be converted to english language?

I believe you will have to seek a GM dealer. It will either need to be reset with a scan tool, or may even require programming or module setup.
