The pulley is a press fit, requires a p/s pulley puller. Often times there is an installer included with a new pump. There is only one bolt, 13mm head, down the rear bank side of the pump. You will then have two bolts for the bracket, accessible when the pulley is removed.

The pulley cost around $14 pulley remover cost around $81.77 both at advance auto. If you are replacing the pump cost wise I'd go with the old CROW bar. To press the pulley back on use the bolt and a 1" socket tighten until the required space on the shaft. Oh, works best with belt on. Just my 2 cents.
