I recently had the engine rebuilt in my 1966 Deville (429ci). When I drive, the first 15-20 minutes are fine, but the idle drops to the point of shutting off when I stop. Also, the car pulls severely when at a stop causing the car to jerk badly back and foward. Any ideas why?

You need to check the dwell angle of this igntion system or adust the point gap of the contact point and its condenser and also the vacuum/centrifugal advance diaphgram. Whether its advancing and retarding the ignition timing.

I don't think you have A PCV system-its down draft type.

Dwell or Cam Angle:

An ignition timing term associated with older vehicles that used traditional point-type ignition systems. The length of time, expressed in degrees of distributor rotation that the breaker points are held closed.
