The 1860 could be caused by a solenoid, it usually overheats and melts the connector. It can also relate to the p0741, but there are other issues that should most likely be addressed if you are going to have the transmission removed for service. The teflon seals in the tcc circuit, as well as the converter itself. Have done many repairs that involve resealing the tcc circuit, and have been bit once by not replacing the converter on a repair. May have been coincidental, but if you are paying the labor to remove, you don't want to have to do it twice.
