When I'm stopped at a light or stop sign my car starts to tremble and I was told it was a misfire in cylinder 2 so I changed out all the spark plugs and wires and the service engine light blinks on and off when I drive so I went to go pull up the codes again and it still is trembling and it still says the misfire in cylinder 2

Check fuel injector and compression on #2 cylinder.

2002 with spark plug wires? It should be coil over ignition, are you considering the wires, the boots from coil to plug? If you are able, and if you can get scan capabilities, you can swap the coils from side to side and see if the problem follows, meaning the misfire is now on #1. If so replace the failed coil pack.
