Need to know what special tools and where to purchase them and procedure to repair faulty head bolt hole problem common with 4.6 North Star engine in Cadilac

The thread inserts are called Timesert, and I believe it might be a division of the same company that makes Heli-coils. Our dealership equipment comes from Kent-Moore, I am not sure what the tool number is right now. Did a little quick research, check this site, and maybe google timesert northstar.
