THE STARTING DISABLE MESSAGE IS ON,
WE USED TO GET A REPLAY WAIT 3 MINS AND
RESTART, NOT THIS TIME, TRIED 2 DIFFERENT
KEYS, WIPED OFF KEYS, DISCONNECTED BATTERY.

This is a double post, I'll just add, The preferred repair method is cylinder replacement. You can bypass the system by knowing your keys resistance value, obtaining a series of resistors that match that value, and bridging the terminals at that connector(vehicle side). I don't know what the margin of error on resistance value is, I would try to match your key as close as possible if you are choosing to bypass the system.
