1997 Cadillac Deville NO INJECTOR Pulse

I HAVE NO INJECTOR PULSE. HAYNES REPAIR MANUAL SAID THE PCM CONTROLS INJ PULSE BUT I CAN T FIND THE LOCATION OF THE PCM. THE MANUAL HAS THE LOCAL FOR 2000 AND LATER I LOOKED UNDER DASH BOTH SIDES AND UNDER HOOD FRONT DRIVERS SIDE DID NOT SEE ANY THING. IS THE PCM MY PROBLEM AND WERE IS IT. THANK U CARL

Check the injector fuses 10amp if okay turn ignition On and check for power at the pink wire of the injector harness connector-power here-You have a problem with the computer ground drivers circuit.

Fuses good there were two. Have power to pink wire in harness. Whats next.

Replace the computer it has a bad ground drivers

Were can I find the computer I looked under dish didn t see it looked umder hood didn t see it. Whats it location.1997 cad. Dvville 4.6 v8 northstar. Try to be exceted. Thank u. P s I have two parts cars 97 & 98 both devilles can I use a computer from one of them.

The computer is located left front of engine compartment under aircleaner housing

I took a computer from another 97 deville I have, I changed the chip from one to the other. Still wont start. Both computers. Have same part #s. What else should I try. Thank u carl

Try checking the camshaft position sensor some computers use its signal to synchronize the injectors
