1997 Cadillac Deville hesitation

Started using regular unleaded gas instead of preminum which the manuel said to use. IAM hearing knocking and hesitation in the engine the service engine light keeps flashing. Want to know if there is anything I can put in the gas tank to unglued the fuel injection

Are you sure it is not an ignition misfire, rather than sticking injectors. Regular unleaded should not have caused sticking injectors, it should have maybe had some pinging at the worst. The flashing SES indicates a catalyst damaging misfire. You could have a faulty coil, plug, wire, low/no compression, or a faulty injector.
