It seems to be coming from pruge canister. Excessive fuel consumption.

The canister is not under the hood, it is in the rear of the vehicle. The fuel pressure and return lines connect to the injector rail near the throttle body, on the fire wall side. There is a possibility that an injector seal is leaking, or the rail itself. There is a vacuum solenoid mounted to the rear cam cover, kind of by the fuel line connection. Also check the regulator for the presence of fuel in the vacuum line. If there is, the regulator diaphragm is leaking.
