1995 Cadillac Deville diagnostic code question

I checked my codes and cleared most of them except these two show up as current and I need to know what might be the cause so I can eliminate them to clear engine light for smog.
1.) I039 - Loss of road sensing suspension data
2.) P041 - No cam reference signal from ingnition module.
I'd appreciate a quick response I have a buyer whose interested and I need to be able to tell him something.
