1994 Cadillac Deville water damage

I was stuck into a ditch for about 1 hour. The ditch had about 3 feet of water. My front was half way into the water but not enough to cover my hood, it came up to my front bumper. After I got pulled out by and tow truck, I drove my car home. The next night I drove my car about 4 blocks and park it. Later on that night I got into my car and it wont start at all. My lights and all that comes on.
