My cadillac is dying. For example I could be driving 60 miles and it just dies. All of the lights stay on so its not the battery and it will start right back up but it keepd happening. It will start and then die can u please help me

It could be loss of fuel pressure, or spark. Does it just die like someone shut the key off, or stutter and slowly die.

She just dies like someone shut the key off, no warning at all the only way I know she dies is I start slowing down the I go to exccelerate and she is no running. There is no change in the dash lights or anything.

A couple of things possible are, the ISC is always seeing the throttle at rest. So with increasing rpm, the pushrod is retracting all the way, and when you release the throttle it goes all the way to the stop, and closes the blade. That could be the case for either the 4.9 or 4.6 northstar. If it is a 4.9 car, it could have a failing ignition control module, causing a loss of spark or injector pulse. Does it only stall after a coasting event, when the throttle is released?
