HELLO, MY 92 DEVILLE IS VERY SLUGGISH WHEN I FIRST TAKE OFF FROM STOP SIGNS, GOING UP HILLS, AND JUST PUTTING IT IN DRIVE. THE SERVICE ENGINE SOON LIGHT KEEPS COMING ON, I'LL REPLACE THE 15 AMP ERLS FUSE UNDER THE PASSENGER DASH BUT IT KEEPS BLOWING, AND I KEEP GETTING TROUBLE CODES E27, E40, AND E70

Hello, I'd check the throttle position sensor and wiring circuits. E27 is about the throttle switch, e40 power steering switch, e70 is intermittent tps. The code doesn't tell you what to replace, only that the computer thinks there is a problem on that circuit.

As far as the erls, not positive, leveling sensor? Maybe a short on the circuit somewhere.
