Hi I have a 1992 Cadillac Deville. The check engine light came on and I got code E30 the car is running rich rough and when I accelerate the car lags. It just revs. Is this the idel speed control motor.

Try cleaning throttle body with choke cleaner on outside as well as inside including iac hole. It may be the tps is bad or out of adjustment as well as iac hole. But I f a vacuum leak can cause this as well as aspark plug problem.
