Your car has the 4.6 liter engine. These (and most other Northstar engines) have a problem with oil leaks from the oil pan gasket/bolts. There are TSB's covering this subject and the recommended fixes.
If your engine is leaking for the oil pan gasket area this is the basic recommendation.
**Clean the entire oil pan, especially the area around the gasket (gasket circles the entire top of the oil pan).
**Remove the oil pan bolts (two of three at a time) clean these 3 bolts and bolt holes with a fast drylng agent such as brake cleaner of carb cleaner.
**Allow the bolts and hole to fully dry (blow-dry them with shop air if available).
**Apply a sealing agent to the bolts; such as LOCK TIGHT (use the weakest version they sale).
**Reinstall the bolts and torque them to specifications.
**Repeat this procedure until all bolts have been cleaned, sealed and torqued.
Check the pan for oil leaks every couple of days until you are satisfied that the repair worked.

Another reason that your car might be low on oil so quickly is if it's burning the oil. In your case, your car would produce large amounts of light blue smoke from the tailpipe. If your car doesn't smoke then you don't have this problem.
