Car has full charge in battery. No lights and will not turn the starter. Nothing happens when you turn the key

No crank at all/nothing/nada:
Could be the starter, starter relay, park and neutral switch and ignition switch assuming the battery and connections are good.

If the battery does have a full charge then either the connections at the battery have issues, your main ground wire has issues or you have a blown main fuse/fusible link.
