I need help I have a 1997 cadilac is givin me problems I have someone to work on it but he all out of ideas. The radiator lights on its not actually running hot but when im driving big white clouds of smoke come out of the tail light. We thought it was the intake manifold gasket so we put one on but same thing happened also oil was inside of the place wher the spark plugs go. Can u help me with my problem please? Thank u.

Just to make sure I understand your question correctly,

1. Radiator indicator light is on? That is for high temp or low coolant level? Is there any coolant losses?

2. White smoke from exhaust. Is it white similar to steam from boiling water (cooling system related problem) or slightly bluish?

If oil is found in the cylinder, the smoke should be bluish and you have a problem with the engine valve seals or piston rings. Get a compression test done to find out if any cylinder is below specs.
