1997 Cadillac Catera Brake lights and reverse lights not wo

I noticed that my brake lights were not working nor were my reverse lights after I took my car to the car wash. I checked the bulbs and fuses already. They both seem to work fine but my lights are still not working. What should I do next to fix this problem?

Both lights share a common ground in the rear compartment on left side near tail lamp. Maybe water got to it
