C121C, P0016, car in limp mode.

Codes C121C, P0016
Check engine light and ESP (traction control) light come on and car goes into limp mode.
Replaced egr valve with a new gasket on the tube, no vac leak, was a problem.
Replaced camshaft sensor.
Cleared codes
After about 10 minutes lights come on and loss of acceleration i.E. Limp mode.

If a code P0016 is present it can cause the C121C which is request for torque denied. P0016 is camshaft/cranshft correlation problem which can be caused by a defective crankshaft angle sensor CKS, check out this guide which gives you the idea on how to change yours,
