The abs and AWD disabled light is on. It is showing a code c0045 for left rear wheel speed sensor. The shop that first looked at it said abs module and replaced it and said that is now good but still the same problems so they said PCM or BCM. Had them both replaces and nothing changed. I have replaced the hub assembly and have started replacing the wiring one section at a time but seems like nothing is helping. Does anybody have any suggestions what to check?

It is very common for the wiring before the sensor to brake internally from flexing. They sell a replacement pigtail that splices up near the radiator support.

Mine is the rear sensor though. Would the wiring for it run that far up. The wiring from the rear sensors run to a harness that is in the floor pan behind the drivers seat.

I missed that part. I was referring to the front ones. You are going to have to test the sensor this guide can help.
