1997 Buick Skylark warning light and can not start

All warning light on dashboard illuminated, someone told me that the security system is in activation, that is my car think I am stealing it. How can I cancel the security system. Please help me.

You need to get it tested by a shop where they can scan it. Sometimes that happens when the body control module is bad. The body control module deals with security alarms cluster speedometer locks etc.
