I, m trying to change my rear tire but the nuts won't
budge I sprayed wd 40 on it let it sit for about an hour still nothing what do I do.

With the tire all the way down on the ground, put your tire iron or wrench on the nut with the handle pointing to the left.

Now keep one foot on the ground, put your other foot on the handle, kinda stedy yourself by puting your hands on the car.
Now put your body weight on the handle,
I've hand to kinda jump on the handle before.
