1995 Buick Roadmaster Dashlights clicking while driving/sta

Hi and thanks for any help you can give me on this. At first coming to a slow stop would stall the engine, random dashlights would go on then all off. Then seemingly random dash lights would flicker while driving mostly coasting, and would either clear and drive fine, or stall the car.

My guess would be that your battery/battery cables are corroded. My Roadmaster's lights used to flicker and then one day it wouldn't start and it turned out to be a lot of corrosion on the battery cables. You can check the battery cables and see if they have a bunch of stuff on the end. If they do you could clean them or get new ones.
