Transmission problem
1996 Buick Riviera 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi. My trany was broken. I changed converter, oil pump, forward piston &pin, all clutches, drum brakes, everything I need to change while rebuilding. Know what I have. When I put lever in D, nothing happened. If I make acceleration to 1800 rpm something begin working & car begin to go. When I drive it, all gears work good, kikdown works too. After stop the situation is repited. The same thing with revers gear. What it can be? Please, help. I am far from you. I am in Russia !

Youi really need to get a trans pro to look at this. But there is a pressure regulator in the trans ithat is electrically operated. It woul dbe beneficial to check alll your valves in the trans tosee if they work electrically or not.
