The oil in my car looks dirty after just 1,000 miles after an oil change. This has happened the last two oil changes.

What are the causes and should I get it looked at?

Hi there,

The oil may look dirty because of the carbon build up in the engine, although it looks bad, its normally fine and you wont have a problem, you can try using a flushing agent next oil change as this will help clean out some of the muck, but as engine wear this carbon will build up as a natural part of the life of the engine.
