1995 Buick Riviera blower fan

Hey I have a 95 buick riviera and the blower fan inside the car continuously stays on after the car is shut of and the key is takin out. I have checked the relays in the engine compartment already by the firewall unplugging each one to see if it was those ones(not even sur if those are the right ones) but the fan still was running what is the problem?

The blower motor relay on my 96 is under the back seat . There is alot of fuses and relays under the seat around the battery. I had that problem on my 96 and it was the relay. Dont know if this will help but thats what it took on mine.
