My headlights work as far as turning off and on but they don't flip up and down, I bought a different motor at a junk yard but havent put it on yet, I was wondering were the relay is? Is it attached to the headlight motor? When I change the motor an I changing the relay at the same time?

This is really strange, i've got the vacuum/wiring schematic right in front of me and it only shows 1968.69 with vacuum motors, but no 67. Yet in the electrical harness it doesn't show the headlamp motors for 67. The relay is shown as headlamp auxillary relay. It ilooks to be by the horns and will probably have a couple of 10 or 12 guage red or orange wires going to and from it. The print is awful small in my book and even with a magnifying glass it is still hard to read lol. However upon reading further It des list a 25 amp fuse fo r the headlight relay along with the wiper motor, field relay. That fuse may be behind the alternator feed wire. If you have more trouble private email me maybe I can do more.
