Steering problem
2003 Buick Rendezvous 6 cylinder All Wheel Drive Automatic

My car started squealing really bad. I changed the belt and it still keeps squealing. Ever since I bought the car used whenever you turn the wheel it makes a noise like your fluid is low. I always check it but it is not low. I know the powering steering pump does leak the fluid. I was wondering if you can tell me how to change my power steering pump? Or if you can tell me what else to check for the squealing noise?

I am not sure of where the leak is, but there is a product called Lucas Power steering additive that may resolve it. I have to witness it while it is squealing.

IF you are interested, I will Get you an remove and replace procedure.

Will could be causing the squealing that I have all the time? It happens a lot when I push on the gas pedal?

Not sure of the cause.

I would use a stethoscope to try to pinpoint the source.

It may be a weak serpentine belt tension-er allowing the belt to slip, may be a stretched belt.

Pulley from?
