2002 Buick Rendezvous Rear Wiper Blades

The rear wiper blade is not clearing the window. I have found that the blade will lift off the window when in motion. I have tried several different ways to correct this. I have even purchased new blades hoping it will correct this issue. If you have any advice I am open to them.

Oil the wiper arm where bolted together. Then flip it out
and in a few times. They seem to get stiff in that joint from not being used that much. Worked for me on mine, still misses a little bit at the top

I also bent the arm in a little and flexed the wiper which seemed to work
