2000 Buick Regal Window Regulator Replacement

How do I remove the inside door panel to gain access to the interior of the door so I can replace the window regulator? Do you know where I can get any free diagrams online? Apicture is worth a thousand words!

I just had mine replaced this week, it was much quicker to have it done, took the guy I went to about 10 minutes to fix it. My charge was Nominal compared to breaking glass breaking parts.
I would suggest talking to a few friends about getting it fix they might know someone that does that kind of stuff
