Electrical problem
1999 Buick Regal Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

My car won't start up. Everytime I turn the key everything shuts down and a clicking noise. I don't know if its a fuse or anything need help. Just recharge my battery. Im thinking a new starter or a electrical shortage. Need help

I would make sure your battery cables are clean and tight an have your battery tested. That's the first thing I would do. It sound's like you have a bad battery or some loose or corroded cable's. Let me know what you find.
