1999 Buick Regal Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150K + miles

my car isnt starting in the mornings when it is really cold. I am from fargo north dakota. When it warms up it starts fine without any hesitation. I have had everything tested. The starter the transmission the battery has been replaced nobody knows what is wrong with it. HELP ME PLEASE

Have someone check your engine coolant temperature sensor, air intake temperature sensor. And what kind of engine oil do you use? Not brand, but the weight? Is it 5W30, 10W40, which one?
