1998 Buick Regal changing fuses

Recently I purchased a 98 regal. The problem im having with it is 1. I keep changing the door lock fuses because they short out every other week, 2. My gas guage doesnt work, #. The instrument panel lights up when it wants to. I cant even read the mileage on the car, or know what gear its in only if I look down at the gear shift. # 3. My trunk used to open now, it doesnt the key turns oneway but not the way to open it no trunk access at all. Whats going wrong here?
