not sure if the last question got to you guys. However I changed oil, plugs and plug wires. And engine idles high or over 2,000 2,500 rpms car was not doin this until I chaged fan relay can someone help thanks.

Recheck your work, maybe you knocked something loose, somewhere.

Can you check for codes? If you have a 16 pin data link connector, your probably obd11. You'd need an obd11 code reader or scanner.

Is the throttle valve closed all the way?

You might unplug the tps then start the engine, see if it effects the idle, if it does, you might check the sensor circuits, ref voltage--ground--signal.
