1999 Park Avenue 134000 miles 3800 The fuel gage is moving while powered up. Moves from full to empty, and back to actual level. When the dash is tapped or a bump is hit while driving, it returns to the actual level as well. Any idea what that is?

Check the connections at the back of the cluster. If all your connections are good then the most likely cause is a loose connection inside the cluster assembly. It will have to be removed and sent out for repair.
