Car won't turn over

I have a 1991 buick park ave with 240k. I went to the store got back in the car and it wouldn't start. I changed the battery, plugs and wires. I had the starter and engine checked they were fine. Changed the fuel filter, core pack and modulator so what else could it be wrong? It just stop working, it will not make a sound.

Does radio or anything turn on any lights or absolutely nothing?

Turn on teh lights and try to crank it does the lights dim? If they dim then suspect the starter if they do not dim then suspect ignition relay or ignition switch also check for a blown fuse. Maybe even make sure the wires going into the distributor is in there all the way.
