Hi, I have a 1999 Buick Regal LS (not-supercharged) and it's been running great! I came home the other day from work (it was pretty cold) just to pick up some things and leave. When I came back the car wouldn't start. I tried jumping the car with my self jumper and tried jumping it with regular jumper cables to another car. I now know that I shouldn't have attached the cables to the battery, but even after I tried to jump the car properly it wouldn't start. I have diminished power (power windows go down. Just slow), not sure if it's electrical, or the starter.

Thanks!
Julius

Cable connections at the battery are VERY important ! They need to be clean and tight. Have your battery tested too. If you have a connection problem it will be difficult to jump start also because you are trying to send electricity through the same connection that is giving you problems in the first place.
